A storage jar for garlic, echalottes or small onions with small air holes to allow ventilation.
Wheelthrown using a grey stoneware clay with flecks of lava and glazed using my own formulation in a semi matte oatmeal glaze. The glaze contains iron oxide which combined with iron in the clay produces the lovely oatmeal effect.
As each piece is unique and handmade there may be subtle differences. Photographs can be sent of specific jars on request.
Dishwasher-proof with a food-safe glaze which is unique and was formulated by Sarah and rigorously tested.
