This stoneware clay contains grog that is intentionally exposed at the surface during the trimming process to show movement and highlight texture. The inside is glazed with an emerald blue gloss glaze with intentional splashes of glaze inside showing lovely unique fluidity.
All Sarah’s work is dishwasher-proof but it is always preferable to wash handmade ceramics by hand as this ensures their longevity. The glaze was formulated by Sarah and has been rigorously tested, it is food-safe.
